Charitable Donations bug: Desktop Version

When I select Donations to Charity in 2025 (Deluxe Windows Desktop Version), it looks like it is going to open up the donations area and then I get a white screen with a popup box that says:

Hmm, looks like we've hit a snag.

We recommend you revisit the last topic you were working on to make sure all your info's correct. [OK]

I have no idea what Info is not correct. Any ideas how to make the Charitable donations function work?
