Charitable Deduction - ground pork

I raised a pig, had it processed at a USDA facility, and then donated the meat to a nonprofit food pantry. What method should I use to determine the value of the donation?

I do not own a pork/farm business. I just did this as an individual.

Should I use the file information for ground pork in the Wholesale or Direct to Consumer table?
