According to the line by line instructins for Colorado DR 0104AD:
For claims greater than $5,000, submit the receipts you received at the time of donation. For in-kind donations, submit an itemized list of the donated items and their fair market value. Submit using Revenue Online or include with your paper return.
The amount you could have deducted as charitable contributions" on your federal tax return is $5,375. The amount you are claiming as a Colorado deduction is $4,875, which is below the $5,000 threshold for submitting receipts. The way I interpret the instructions, you do not need to submit your receipts. That said I would make sure to have them available in case Colorado Department of Revenue asks you to submit. And you could just go ahead and submit them online using Colorado's Revenue Online
