Car allowance with current occupation

This alloance is a personal check to me from my company that provides me with a car allowance, this is because i use my car for work. Do i need to add that to anything on here?

If they did not provide you with a 1099, the car allowance you receive is considered to be an expense reimbursement and does not have to be reported on your tax return.
