Capital Loss Carryovers are being added not subtracted

on the carryover worksheet, they should be positive numbers. they should carry to schedule D as negative numbers on lines 6 and 14

that's what happens in my desktop deluxe and I would think the programming would be the same in H&B but you never know,

I have Home & Business Windows. Did you transfer from 2022 or manually enter the Capital Loss Carryover? You need to enter it as a positive number. Don't type in a minus sign. Works right for me. Can you give more details like where you are seeing them added?
