Cant efile WI State - Veterans property tax credit can't receive the $300 school property tax credit. How can I remove the school credit?

When I do the check state return it comes up with a "Fix Return;" however, and states I have to remove the School Property Tax Credit because I claimed the Eligible Veterans Property Tax credit; however, the only option is to remove the veterans credit. I also tried by removing the veterans credit and navigating to the credits and editing to remove the School Credit, but it auto populates the credit because I paid Property Taxes. There is no way to delete the School Property Tax Credit and it's about $5,000 difference. I do not want to have to send in paper forms and copy W2s etc.
