No one will be entering information or preparing 2024 returns until late in 2024 when the software for 2024 is released.

If you mean your 2024 tax return that you will prepare in Spring 2025, the answer is no.  Turbotax only provides tax prep assistance for the current year (2023 currently).  Turbotax does not include tracking expenses for self-employment.  For that, you need something like Quickbooks.

If you are asking about 2023 mileage, for use in preparing a 2023 tax return that is normally due April 15, 2024 (a few days from now), then the answer is that, for self-employment, you must use Turbotax Premium and prepare a schedule C to report your self-employment.  You list all your gross business income, whether or not you got a 1099-K or 1099-NEC.  You can deduct ordinary and necessary business expenses, which can include use of a personal vehicle for business (mileage).  Your business income (profit) is income minus expenses, which is subject to income tax plus self-employment tax.  The income from your schedule C business flows to your main form 1040 where it is combined with other income, deductions and credits to determine your final income tax owed.
