Can we claim daycare expenses for my 10 year old if both parents worked. Both W-2's were imported into system. The software will not let me enter the expense.

It gave me the credit for both of my dependents, but will not allow me to enter an amount for daycare expenses.  currently stuck in a loop

Make sure each W2 is assigned to the right person.  You might need to delete the W2 and enter it again Manually.  That fixes a lot of things.
