Can my electric vehicle bought in august last year tax credit be transferred to my parents in my household that i live with

My car is for the maximum credit of $7500 but I am not getting it back. I have lived with my parents for 2 years and bought the car mid August 2023

Only the original owner of the vehicle is eligible for the Clean Vehicle Credits

No. The credit is only redeemable by its owner. Please view this IRS source for additional information.
