Can I go back and adjust my property tax payment before I file?

Was going through the property tax portion, forgot a few numbers and continued, now I'm at the dates I paid and it won't let me go back.

Yes, you can.  To enter adjust your property tax information in TurboTax Online:  

1. Open TurboTax Online
2. Select  Tax Home in the left pane
3. Select the dropdown to the right of Deductions & Credits
4. Select  Pick up where you left off, Work on other tax breaks or Review/Edit 
5. On the  Now it's time for the fun part…  page, select Edit to the right of Property (Real Estate) Taxes, or Personal Property Taxes, depending on which type of property taxes you meant
6. On the subsequent screens, you'll be able to make any changes necessary
