Can I get residential energy tax credit for 2 central ACs (upstairs & downstairs) installed in my home in 2023? I thought the credit was $600 per unit. Am I wrong?

Both units are energy certified. Shouldn't each one be subject to the $600 tax credit?

The credit is capped at $600 for A/C units regardless of the number that were installed.
