Yes, these are deductible expenses.  I will provide you with an FAQ at the end of this question that will give you navigational instructions in the program to assist you to find where to deduct the items.  However, they are certainly deductible in your line of work.  They are each in separate categories:  your mileage is in the Vehicle Expense category, car rental is in equipment rental category, plane fares are in the travel category (as are hotel costs, if any), and meals are in the 50% meal category (if they were for out-of-town meals while traveling.
