If you are an employee, then no.  Expenses as an employee are not tax deductible.

If you are self-employed, then yes.  Job related travel expenses are deductible. To enter your travel expenses as a self-employed individual, you would enter your business income, then click on business expenses, then walk through the steps to enter your mileage, hotel and other travel expenses.  You can use either your actual expenses or Per Diem Rates.
