Can I deduct any expenses I have incurred with the house that needs to sell from a divorce? The ex trashed the house and I have paid a LOT out.

I am living in another house with my new wife. The other house had to be gutted. New windows etc

The house is personal property.  You cannot deduct any expenses (such as repairs) associated with it other than property taxes and mortgage interest.  You can add the costs of improvements (such as the new windows, new carpet, new appliances, etc.) to your basis, which will reduce any gain when you do sell the house.
