Can I claim my girlfriend's medical expenses related to pregnancy that I paid for without claiming her as dependent as she is filing herself?

I will NOT be claiming the child or my girlfriend as dependents but I did pay for the medical bills. Can I claim those medical expenses on MY taxes?

No, you can not claim that. You can claim medical expenses only for yourself, your spouse, if any, and your dependents, no one else.
