Can I claim child support not ordered by court?

child support whether ordered by the court or not is not deductible for federal income tax purposes.

No.    Child support you paid, or child support you received is not entered on a tax return.   It is not deductible for the person who paid the child support, nor is it taxable to the person who received it.
