Can I claim 6 allowance in my paycheck

I am a single mother with 11 year old son. I have house mortgage too. Currently I have 2 allowances in my paycheck but with all the insurance going up I am left with bare minimum.

When I use IRS calculator I can claim up to 6.

Is it okay if I claim 6?

You can claim 6, but may end up owning taxes at tax time.
