wondering if i could include state inspection fee along with vehicle registration fee

Can I add my vehicle inspection fee along with vehicle regstration fee?

No, not as an itemized deduction.  Unfortunately, vehicle inspection fees are specifically mentioned by the IRS as being non-deductible.
