Bought a house, or refinanced it?

If I was added to a mortgage (through a refinance) and to the title of the home I share with a relative, do I say yes about buying a house, or do i say yes to refinancing it?

Doesn't really matter.  That's so Turbo Tax will ask you later if you paid mortgage interest.  Those are general questions to be helpful so you don't forget to Enter something.
