How do I amend 2020 taxes for the up to $10,000 tax break for unemployment?

Hi mvanvelzen! The IRS has published guidance that adjustments for the unemployment exemption will be processed automatically without an amendment. If you are eligible, the IRS will process the payment without the filing of an amendment.
