My dad owns 2 properties that I Airbnb the money from the booking gets split 50/50 between us and deposits directly into our bank accounts from Airbnb. I manage everything and pay for upkeep, decor, linens, toiletries, and such. It’s never been included in my income because he claims it and gets the tax breaks. Since I do receive money and invest into the Airbnb for the guests and manage all booking and cleanings is there a way to claim half the money and be able to write off anything?

You need to report your share of the income and you can claim what you pay as expenses.
