Add military childcare to dependent section

I can not add my daycare costs to the dependent care section due to being overseas on a military installation

When entering information about a foreign care provider, be sure to choose Other for the tax ID and then indicate that they are a foreign provider. Then choose Foreign or US Territory from the State drop down.
