Yes. You're allowed a $700 exemption if you're age 65 or older before the end of the year. If filing a joint return, each spouse may be entitled to 1 exemption if each is age 65 or over on December 31 (not January 1 as per federal rule) of the tax year.
TurboTax should automatically compute this credit if all other information is entered accurately on the Federal return.

I expected that, also. However, it does not. And my dob is correct, so I am obviously a senior and I show social security income. Perhaps turbo tax has not yet updated their Mass software since this is a new credit.
When you look at Form 1, line 2c, it shows age 65 and checked boxes x $700
