5th Wheel Deduction
I have a 2014 5th Wheel RV which I've used as a deduction since I bought it new I was told the new tax law changed the definition of Rv's eligible for deduction to motorized only. Is this true? Since I've been using the RV as a deduction can I continue? I was also told that the RV industry is trying to get the definition changed, is that also true?

5th Wheel Deduction
Deduction for what? Business use of some kind? Are you renting it out maybe? Overall I'm pretty sure I can't help here. But without more details on "why" you were able to deduct it in the past, it's anybody's guess for the future.

5th Wheel Deduction
You are allowed to deduct the interest paid on an RV as a second home.
