$300 charitable donation (above the line, 10b) flagged during review, had to be changed to zero. Why?

When I started my tax return in TurboTax the above-the-line $300 charitable deduction was the last question (after stimulus payment question). After I had to change it to 0 (flagged during final review) and I went back to the return the question no longer appears. What to do? I already paid for my TurboTax order and would like to get this deduction!
