2023 Turbo Tax - Colorado Child Care Contribution Credit DR1317

The Turbo Tax Deluxe questionnaire for the Colorado Child Care Contribution Credit is confusing.

The title of the questionnaire says "Enter your Child Care Contribution Credit", but the body of the questionnaire says "Enter the 2023 donation amount" and the Turbo Tax form says "2023 Qualifying Donation Amount from DR 1317". Normally the credit is 50% of the donation amount. The Turbo Tax software as currently written does not calculate the 50% credit. It takes the amount entered on the Turbo Tax form and enters the full amount into the credit portion of the Colorado tax forms. Can someone from Turbo Tax take a look at this and clean up the language of the Turbo Tax questionnaire?
