These would be entered on Line 12 of the 2023 Form DR 0104AD – Subtractions from Income Schedule.
Last year, they were included on Line 11 of the 2022 Form DR 0104AD – Subtractions from Income Schedule, not Form 0104.
According to Line 12, Qualifying Charitable Contributions in the DR 0104 Booklet:
Taxpayers who make charitable contributions that would be eligible for a federal income tax deduction, but do not claim federal itemized deductions on Schedule A of form 1040, 1040SR, 1040NR, or 1040SP, might be eligible to deduct a portion of their contribution on [Form DR 0104AD].
If you'll input your charitable contributions in the federal section of TurboTax, these will flow over to your Colorado return if you don't itemize on your federal return. See the TurboTax Help article How do I enter my 2023 charitable donations in TurboTax? for entry guidance.
