2020 Unemployment Tax Waiver

How do I tell for sure that this waiver has been applied to my taxes?  An update was supposed to be added to Turbo Tax on 3/19 and I do have updates after that date.  Information I saw in TTax online help said to look at Line 8 of Schedule 1 for form 1040.  I looked there, but I don't see any value there.  Is that because our income is too high?  Our taxable income is over $150,000.
