2018 Charitable Donations in 2019 ?

Can I claim Charitable Donations make in 2018 in the 2019 tax return?

Unfortunately, no, you can only include donations you made in 2018 on your 2018 tax return.  And the same applies to next year; only donations made in 2019 can be deducted on your 2019 tax return.
