Yes. There is a problem with the Contributions section of the Itemized deductions and also the above the line $300.00 deduction. Because of the many changes due to the CARES Act, IRS is still developing the forms and publications on this issue. Last update was January 13th where everything is still in draft. Once IRS finalizes the forms, we will be able to update TurboTax to accurately reflect your Contributions deduction.
Here is a link to the Charitable Contributions 2020 Draft Publication 526. "DRAFT" Charitable Contributions as of January 13, 2021

Yes. There is an issue with the contributions deduction and TurboTax is working to fix it. We do not have an estimated date of correction, at this time. I suggest you check back often to see if the correction has been made.

What's the answer? 50% charity, other than 50% and 50% charity 100% donation
It's March 2022 and this question is still not answered! And the form doesn't even make any sense. For a donation of appreciated publicly traded securities (not necessarily "stock," as TurboTax calls it), the donation limit is supposed to be 30%, but that's not even a choice. I found that TurboTax was limiting my donations of appreciated stock to 20% of AGI, costing me thousands of dollars! And what the hell do the three choices even mean. since you didn't answer the question. Furthermore, shouldn't these questions apply to each DONATION and not each CHARITY, since if I give $1000 cash to my church it's at least 50% limit, but if I give $1,000 of appreciated stock to the same church, it has a 30% limit.
To clarify, what version of Turbo Tax are you using, online or Software?
