1099SA incorrect distributions amount

I recently received a Form 1099-SA, but the distributions amount does not match with the YTD withdrawal amount on the HSA year-end statement (10 dollars less than the actual withdrawal amount).

What is the right way to correct this error? Should I contact the HSA bank and let them issue a new tax form, or can I fix this on Turbo Tax Deluxe software?

Thank you very much for the help!

1099SA incorrect distributions amount

You should contact the bank to inquire about the amount on the 1099-SA.  Usually the amount on the form is what was reported to the IRS so you want to make sure you, the issuer and the IRS have the same amount.  If they need to correct the form, is okay to file the return with the correct amount, instead of waiting for the actual form but I would call or email just to be sure.
