1099 NEC

I am trying to enter a 1099 NEC, but am being told that information is missing and that the form is going to be deleted. I have entered all the data on the form and clicked all the buttons in Turbo Tax, but I keep getting this response.

Can you provide some clarification/additional information. Please provide the information in each of the 1099-NEC boxes that are populated with information.

Just a wild guess here, based on no facts.

- For boxes 5, 6 and 7. Either all three of those boxes must have information in them, or all there of those boxes must be blank. So if box 7 is blank or has zero, leave all three of them blank.
