It depends. if you are working as an independent contractor and you report to work at their location each day you cannot deduct that mileage expense going to and from the office. On the other hand if you do most of your work from your business location and you drive to pick up supplies, have a meeting, deliver goods or services, all of those miles can count. And any other miles you drive for your business activity.
