I received my 1098T but the box 5 is more than the box 1 and I received a refund on 2019. Can I apply for the American Opportunity Credit? and How enter the form on my taxes?

No, you don't need to enter your 1098-T into your return. 

You wouldn't qualify for an Education Credit if your Scholarships exceeded your Tuition, and you had no 'out of pocket' expenses.
