1098 real estate taxes

I do not see real estate taxes listed on my home equity loan, Form 1098. Box 10 only lists my address.

Lenders seem to put the real estate taxes in random areas this year.   Look at the entire statement for property taxes or real estate taxes to be included.  They don't always show up on the actual 1098 "form" but in other areas of the paper the form is included on.

Since this was an equity loan there may not be property taxes paid through it, as usually they are paid via the first mortgage.
