I am 23 yrs old and live at home but my parents couldn't claim me as a dependent because I made too much money last year. I received a 1095a for my health insurance that we got from the health care exchange - it is an individual plan. However, my parents actually pay the premium on my behalf. Can I still claim the health insurance premium credit?

Correct, you should not be entering your 1095-A in your return.
No. If you didn’t pay for health insurance, you can’t take a tax deduction for it. This includes insurance plan through the marketplace.
The sad part is that your parents cannot take the deduction either because you are no longer their dependent.
so should I not put anything regarding the 1095a in my return because I put it in and I don't see anyway to indicate I am not eligible for the credit.
Thanks.
Correct, you should not be entering your 1095-A in your return.
