1095A - Married Filing Separately

My spouse and I are filing our taxes separately. I am employed and get my health insurance through my employer. Since my spouse and I are separated and are not on speaking terms, I do not know the details of her employment or insurance situation. However, I believe that she is unemployed and could possibly have a 1095A from health insurance.

If she does have a 1095A with only her receiving the related health insurance and she files her taxes separately, do I need to worry about trying to get that 1095A information for when I file my taxes?

1095A - Married Filing Separately

If you are filing a separate return and you did not have insurance included on the 1095-A, you would not have to include the 1095-A information on your return.
