I am on medicare  were do i get a 1095-A

medicare is not marketplace insurance. however, you could have had it for the part of the year you weren't on medicare.

If you had Medicare all year in 2023 you do not have or need a 1095A.  You only need a 1095A if for any part of 2023 you had health insurance from the marketplace----"Obamacare"---- from healthcare.gov

If you did not have that kind of insurance, when it asks you in the software if you have a 1095A  say NO.
