Ive received 1095-A for 2024. I have an insurance with my job for the year 2024. Ive been with covered california for the year 2022-23. But put a stop on it when I started a job on year 2023-2024. Ive updated covered california that I want to put a stop on insurance since I got a new insurance from my current job. So I thought everything was fine. Until, today 2025 of January Ive received a 1095-A when I didnt apply for premium insurance. The covered cal. Automatically sent me a premium insurance since I got a new job? I dont understand. I already asked them to cancel my insurance. How to appeal for 1095-A that im not responsible for? They are asking me to pay 2,400 for 1095-A from January-May 2024? When I had a new insurance from Nov of 2023 and they were informed. Yet, they did an upgrade with the insurance with them? Why? What to do? I feel that this is not right. And im not responsible for it.
