State taxes and personal address when moving during 2017

I moved Feb. 2017 from VA to MD.  I am trying to get state tax done for VA and it is asking about changes to personal information and I am not sure if I list no changes since last year since this pertains to information for 2016?

State taxes and personal address when moving during 2017

Your 2017 move has nothing to do with your 2016 taxes, it's just your mailing address - where the IRS or whoever can contact you.
