I am on my F-1 OPT and exempt from FICA till my OPT expires which is next month. I paid one month FICA until I asked my employer for exemption. How do I file that refund?

You can try to contact your employer for the refund.  If you are not able to obtain the full amount from your employer, you can file a Form 843 to claim from the IRS.  Please see More Form 843 and follow the instructions.  Please note that TurboTax does not support this form, you would need to handle it on your own, unfortunately.
