Would work performed for a Missouri employer performed onsite (not online) at an Illinois location be subject to Missouri State Income tax?

I work for an employer based out of St. Louis, Missouri and I am a resident of Illinois. Most of my work is performed either online or at different branches in Illinois, though I do work some days in Missouri. I noticed Turbo Tax asked me to enter my remote work income and I was wondering if both the online and the onsite Illinois work is considered remote work.

No, work performed in Illinois would not be subject to Missouri state income tax.  The remote work income would include both the online/home office and Illinois locations.
