Withholding at Source preventing CA e-file

I sold my California rental condo on July 29, 2024.  California Withholding at the time of Settlement is correctly logged on my FTB account (except the date of Withholding at Source is not entered).

TurboTax states I cannot e-file because of Withholding at Source.  Is this accurate?  Is there a way for me to e-file given the Withholding at Source?

CA FTB states if TurboTax has a work-around it’s acceptable to CA FTB to e-file as the problem is with TurboTax..
