Why do I need to enter Form 3554?

I don't own any businesses, and why do I need to enter Form 3554? If I don't have to enter, how I delete this from the turbotax

Here are the steps to delete Form 3554 in TurboTax Online, if not needed:

1.Sign in to your TurboTax account and select the orange ''Take me to my return''.

2. Go to "My Account" in the top right corner

3. Select "Tools"

4. Under "Tools Center" select "Delete a Form"

5. Navigate to "Form 3554" and select "Delete" next to it.
