What if nobody here can answer my questions and the help videos don't cover the topics I need.  Where else can I get help preparing my tax return?

I posted questions last week on this forum, and again yesterday on this forum.  None of my questions have been answered.  I'm stuck and can't complete my tax return without assistance.  Since this forum doesn't help me, where else do I go for help?  I am very surprised the TurboTax  software isn't more user friendly.
