Where is Michigan form MI-1041D for completion of Fiduciary Tax return?

Using Turbo Tax for Michigan Fiduciary income tax return for deceased Mother's trust. It would seem there would be a MI-1041D included. Also it wants information on Schedule 3 of MI-1041 which the program doesn't walk a person through. It should have enough information from the filling in of the federal Forms 1041 &1041D.

TurboTax Business Michigan Fiduciary includes Form MI-1041-D (link below).

Unfortunately, a number of states require submission of fiduciary income tax returns that are overly complex with instructions that are hopelessly abstruse. TurboTax Business does not supply much guidance for the preparation of most state fiduciary income tax returns and, as a result, it is necessary to prepare many returns in Forms Mode.

About the only thing you can do is contact the MI Dept of the Treasury for assistance.
