The proper mailing address for your Arkansas state tax return will vary, depending on whether or not you are expecting a tax refund.

The exact mailing addresses for filing your personal tax return are published on Page 2 of the Arkansas state instructions booklet for all filers (residents, part-year residents, and nonresidents all use the same addresses).  A courtesy link to that document is found below.
