Where do I input the percentage of time I lived in each state?

I moved from Georgia to Mississippi last year.

In the My Info section of the program where asked for a resident state you should select Mississippi.  Then when asked if you lived in any other states you should select Georgia and the date you moved to Misssissippi.

You will need to file a part year return for Georgia and a part year return for Mississippi.
