Where do I find Form GA-8453? Filing Georgia state taxes.

Electronic filing instructions for Georgia Tax return says, "Sign and date Form GA-8453 within 1 day of acceptance. " That form is not in my completed return that I have printed out. Where do I find it?

When you are preparing your own return, you do not need to print and sign the 8453. That is only for people using tax professionals. This software does not support that.
