What to do when my turbotax included one state but I am unable to access the state because TT believes I need to file in 2 states and wont let me access the state I need

If you have any forms like W-2s, go check them to make sure that the state abbreviation in the state boxes is correct.  Also double check your Personal Info to see where you said you lived and worked, additional income in another state, etc.
